The adjustable elbows made it easy to connect to my existing feed pipes, but they screwed in and out of the body rather than fixing with a nut as shown in the picture. The elbows have a fine thread on them to provide the adjustability and two "O" rings to seal them in the body; when I saw the "O" rings I wasn't sure they would be effective so used some sealant on them but one still leaked, so I had to take the valve off again to put some new sealant on that elbow. Subsequently the other elbow also leaked, so the valve had to come off again to seal that one. This has been a real nuisance.
