Having made so many citrus forward gins this is an olive branch as such to all those savoury gin lovers out there. The gin may be made just outside Melbourne but by using botanicals like rosemary and bay leaf, it transports you to the Mediterranean. A distinctly modern Australian Gin, Olive Leaf Gin is a savoury gin, perfect for a Martini or Gin and Tonic. We’ve used three types of cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil and olive leaf tea from the world-class groves of Victoria’s Cobram Estate. Some of It’s botanicals are uniquely derived from its (very special) region and, bottom line, it is a wonderful gin for sipping, vis-à-vis its complexity, frozen or room temperature - – or mixing, for a unique twist before the twist!

There's also a helping of lemon and grapefruit in there too, but the focus here is most definitely the gin's savoury elements. Olives for the GIN EVA La Mallorquina come straight from the trees of the Son Moragues Estate, which is situated on the outskirts of the village Valldemossa. A unique blend of fourteen botanicals including milk thistle, pine buds, mulberries, cobnuts and orange peel make this a clean, zesty, juniper-forward gin.

Olive leaf tea, olive oil, lemon myrtle, macadamia, orris root, fresh lemon and grapefruit are also in the mix. This is one of their latest gins, bursting of flavour, this gin will become a firm favourite we are sure!
