We pride ourselves in being a community of local book lovers which allows our passion and devotion to shine in everything we do. After the course, I gained an understanding of light and volume and how this affects the brightness and shadows of each gem.

But for those of us that need to add the skills of technical drawing/rendering under our belts, this is a book the likes of which I have not yet seen. His clients are international companies from small to large businesses, from high end jewellery to bijoux. She has extensive practical experience in the industry with international brands, including interships in design studio of Van Cleef and Arpels in Paris. I'm extremely grateful to Tim at brynmorgan press for reprinting/releasing this valuable french publication! She has collaborate with Giorgio Correggiari, Krizia, Gian Marco Venturi, but her most important and far-reaching experience is the encounter with Gianni Versace. He has designed pieces for famous fashion brands such as Versace, Versus, Balmain, Montana, Laura Biagiotti, Valentino and Etro.

The present volume tackles the process from the initial idea, based in natural or geometrical forms, to the fi nal drawing of the completed piece, including illustration techniques and sources of inspiration, all aspects that will stir up the reader’s creativity. She has written monographs on contemporary Italian and Veneto region artists, with a particular interest in recovering neglected and damaged cultural assets. I have been looking for a course like this for many years, and having access to it online was so convenient. The lessons were clear and really easy to understand thanks to the method used to explain what was said. Inesa also teaches at Central Saint Martins, Victoria and Albert museum in London and DiVA museum in Antwerpen.

Having learned about geometry, perspective and representation of materials in the first volume, this second book in this two-part series delves deeper into the process of designing jewelry, from the first sketch to the final representation, with special emphasis on how to work on ideas, plan a collection, and design and depict a wide variety of pieces, taking the inspiration from natural forms or art history. His clients are international companies from small to large businesses, from high-end jewellery to bijoux. The school was founded by a jewellery designer Inesa Kovalova from a desire to share her passion for jewellery hand painting craft. She is the author of the best-selling title Fashion Illustration and Design and Fashion Illustration Design for Accessories, both from Promopress. The relationships of volume, balance between full and empty, treatment of metal surfaces, warm and cool materials and the relationship between the support and the stone are explained in depth along with ways to illuminate jewelry, treatment of light and chiaroscuro play to add depth.

Since 1998 he has been teaching at The Art and Craft School in Vicenza and conducting seminars in many parts of the world on this subject. You can change your choices at any time by visiting Cookie preferences, as described in the Cookie notice.
