We have to say we really enjoyed the characters both good and bad. Omg ! I hate cliffhangers!Note this book ends on a whooping one !

"Can you say chemistry off the charts."..... It pains me to write this review because I adore this author! She is from the neighbor country The Netherlands so that's special! I've read other books by her that I loved! This trope is just so hard! I liked the little Dutch words because I understand them! Also been a few times to the Netherlands so it's a bit Nostalgic. Luca and Liam are brothers, they are also being groomed to take over the Mafia kingdom and rule one day. Even the freaking kiss she had with Liam was worth it, she saw for herself that nothing compares to Luca ,loved the fact that he was mad even if he saw she was disgusted right after the kiss xD Because he takes it as an invitation to lean in even closer, practically smelling my skin. This story was soooooo freakin' hot, enemy2lovers, arraigned marriage, organized crime, blood debt that needs to be paid, BDSM, non-con and dubious con, etc. It was off the charts HOT and DARK in equal measures. I would say though that it has been QUITE a while since I calmly sat down and finished a full length in one reading, because honestly, all the books in the 'dark' genre have epic blurbs, however, when it comes to the content, substance and deliverance of the story, all of them are pretty much the same, and hence boring.

I am actually surprised not a single editor or beta reader told the author that bestie this scene literally ain't making no sense, it's just plain screaming and thought 'yep this is perfect, let it be!'
