Penderyn, Five Vodka, has been a consistent winner in international competitions, and is one of the United Kingdom’s leading vodka brands. It’s distilled five times in Penderyn’s trademark still. The still combines a pot still with column distillation, and can produce alcohol at 92% ABV, the highest in the industry for a pot still. Dried pears are a nice garnish, but so is the fresh fruit. When slicing a fresh pear, dip each slice briefly in a little lemon juice so the flesh doesn't turn yellow when it's exposed to oxygen. My best friend’s getting married tomorrow!!
