Now, most important point is that i ALWAYS prefer this official ds4 adapter over some bluetooth adapter. Reason is although this adapter has latency of 8 milliseconds, the spikes in latency are very minimal which yields a better gaming experience. This is Not the case with bluetooth adapters as even if they will have reduced latency @ 1.5 milli seconds, the spikes are unorthodox zip zag compared to the official adapter. I booted up Witcher 3 and Binding of Isaac, both of which didn't recognise that a controller was connected. Only downside to using it over the cable is now I have to make sure I charge my controller over night, to which a charger stand comes in handy. Setting up the adapter was extremely easy, it required me to push in the adapter into pairing mode and put my controller into pair as well (Hold PS button and Share button). After I did that it paired seamlessly.
