For example, if what I most desire is to discover an opportunity in alignment with my purpose in life, then that is what I should write down.

Practicing mindfulness and simply an awareness of your actions and surroundings brings with its myriad benefits. Just to name a few, y ou will be able to focus more sharply on events unfolding around you, and you will also be much more likely to notice opportunities that arise. Ideally, you will do this step immediately after your visualization session. That way, you will still have your desire clear as day in your mind.I also think it’s important to set a deadline, too. If you’re not specific about when you want something to happen, you could wait your entire life for it to materialise.
