They're aren't really any special features, but personally I'm not too fussed. There's enough episodes here, both serial and feature length, that extra features aren't warranted.

The three-star rating is a reflection of the video and audio quality, NOT the series itself, which is easily 5-star! The series is more than 30 years old, and the video and audio quality aren't of today's higher standards, but the discs play quite well on an upscaling blu-ray player. Picture and sound are actually quite good, and the subtitles (in clear, unobtrusive white print) are helpful. Believe it or not, there are many sections of dialogue displayed with CORRECT grammar even when dialogue is deliberately spoken with poor grammar! Update* In memory of John Sullivan, I've now re-rated this from 2 stars to 5. A comedy that will provide laughter to generations of people to come, what a legacy to leave. I just hope that should any tribute episodes be released in the future then they take onboard some of the editing issues, and ensure they are released the way John Sullivan wrote them, that would be the perfect epitaph. I think personally, it's a miracle the BBC even released this at all, since there are a couple of distasteful remarks of the current social context, or musical parts embedded in various parts, with licensing issues, to the point where they need to awkwardly splice certain scenes, or just not release the episodes at all. And between those two choices, I would much prefer them cut a few unimportant scenes and release the episodes for home use, as opposed to us not getting them at all. But instead, people moan because they're not getting 100% everything as it was originally broadcast, which in my view is quite pedantic.

As for Only Fools & Horses. I grew up in Britain watching this and I love it. I bought this to get my new American family into it and of course to have them for myself. My wife loves it as she loves Nicholas Lyndhurst in 'Goodnight Sweetheart' The presentation is excellent. 13 cases, each one representing a transition through the colours of the rainbow. Series 1 starts off red, becoming orange through the departure of Grandad and arrival of Albert, yellow around the Jolly Boys Outing, Green near the Christmas triology, and then the final special in blue. It's a nice little touch.The series is also quite endearing as well as funny, due to surprising character development throughout. Delboy, the main character, and his much younger brother Rodney share a public housing apartment with their grandfather. All the illegal money-making schemes Delboy riggs to care for himself, his brother, and his grandfather are very funny on their own, and the outcomes often hysterical. Much to my surprise, however, Delboy also frequently displays genuine concern for his brother Rodney and his grandfather! The cast is VERY good. On Blu-ray for the first time – lovely jubbly!
