All were fitted new 3 years ago with a new temperature dial, and for the last few months the heating side of things have not been working as it should.When i attempt to switch on the heating the programmer is intermittently losing power i think because its going on and off, The upstairs radiators have not been warming up very well for some time, i have tried balancing/bleeding but no remedy.
