My skin felt so soft and no more blocked pores… I have oily skin and my friend and family really noticed the difference. An effective deep cleanse the prevent build up of oils and dirt which can clog pores without stripping the skin.

After 2 weeks of use I noticed a very slight improvement to my blemishes, but then again most of their claims are based on 4+ weeks of use so maybe my skin will improve even more over time. Which is very cool and all, but when your skin is angry and sore and doesn't want to be messed with, playing with seven million different ingredients is Not Great. So if you’re like me and struggling to find cleansers or a cleansing routine that works, I highly recommend adding this into the mix, no matter what you use to remove makeup, this would be a perfect second cleanser as it cleans the skin quickly, effectively and without any horrible feeling to the skin. It comes in a bottle with a pump which I love, super easy to get out the right amount with no wastage. With factors such as age, pollutants and sun damage, ceramides can begin to lose their effectiveness which eventually weaken's the skin' barrier.

I really wanted to see how the ceramides helped to support the drying effects of ingredients like salicylic acid, which is commonly used to treat breakouts. This is a gel to foam cleanser so you just work it together with some water to create a gentle foam to cleanse the skin. I know that this cleanser has really helped with my battle against my acne, especially on my jawline as when I’ve used my balm cleanser on it’s own, it doesn’t do half as good a job as the Blemish Control Cleanser with it.Initially my skin felt dry after using this cleanser, however since then my sensitive skin has adjusted. I also sandwiched the lotion and retinol with hydrating serums and moisturisers to keep things really comfy and minimise the chance of irritation.
