Description

The scope covers all aspects of the physics, chemistry and material properties of high performance polymers, extending from molecular modelling through to the characterization and evaluation of polymers for specific applications.

Brendon is regularly seen on public television, and he has been in media appearances on Anderson Cooper, ABC World News, Wall Street Journal TV, NPR stations, Oprah and Friends, and other popular outlets like SUCCESS magazine, Inc.com, Forbes.com, FastCompany.com, and the Huffington Post. N2 - Tailoring the electronic structure of the perovskite oxide could potentially allow dramatic improvements in the properties of cathode materials in proton-conducting solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs). This has been demonstrated in the case of Mo-doped La0.5Sr0.5FeO3-δ, where the electronic structure of the La0.5Sr0.5FeO3-δ oxide has been changed with the Mo-doping, leading to a less strong metal-oxygen bond as well as a more active surface towards oxygen reduction. As a result, the more active oxygen atoms make the formation of oxygen vacancy and hydration that are critical for protonation more feasible. Furthermore, the electric field induced by Mo-doping provides an additional driving force for the movement of protons, accelerating the proton migrations in the oxide and thus improving the cathode performance. With the Mo-doped La0.5Sr0.5FeO3-δ as the cathode, a proton-conducting SOFC exhibits an impressive fuel cell output of 1174 mW cm−2 at 700 °C that surpasses most of the cells using similar types of cathodes. This study not only provides a proper cathode material without involving cobalt and barium elements but also gives an understanding of the design of the cathode by tailoring the electronic structures. While creating a high-performance culture may sound like a lofty ideal that’s impossible to attain, it’s not. Taking steps towards building a better culture requires the right strategy, processes, behaviors, and patience. Here’s how to start. 1. Make communication a must. If you have any questions about publishing with Sage, please visit the Sage Journal Solutions Portal Through morning mindset journal prompts, daily goal boxes, evening scorecards, weekly habit assessments, monthly project planning, and proprietary whole life balance sheets, the Planner helps you think more strategically, prioritize like a pro, achieve your goals faster, and become more focused, happy, and productive.

With built-in productivity assessments, habits scorecards, daily scheduler, and proprietary prompts for personal growth, this day plannerchanges the game entirely. According to Forbes and Success magazines, Brendon isalso one of the most watched, quoted, and followed personal development trainers online. Histraining videos have been viewed more than 200 million times, and over 2 million students have taken his online courses or video series. His brands have over 10 million fans on social media. For these results, Oprah.com named him "one of the most successful online trainers in history."Please note that AI chatbots, for example ChatGPT, should not be listed as authors. For more information see the policy on Use of ChatGPT and generative AI tools. Brendon's books, videos, newsletters, products, and appearances now inspire two million people a month worldwide. Retain top talent: High-performance cultures go hand-in-hand with employee retention. And because they’re characterized by high levels of trust, support, values alignment, and communication, employees feel engaged and motivated to bring their best to work each day. This makes them less likely to leave. Each author should have participated sufficiently in the work to take public responsibility for appropriate portions of the content.

Improve performance and profitability: High-performance cultures have a direct link to improved financial results — largely because when employee performance is high, so is productivity. And that spirals up to big wins from a financial and organizational performance perspective. Increase customer satisfaction: High-performance cultures aren’t just good for employees — they’re also good for the customer, too. According to a 2019 study by Harvard Business Review and Glassdoor, happy employees make for more satisfied customers — and happy customers make for more loyal ones which will prop up the bottom line for longer. As part of the submission process you will be asked to provide the names of 4 peers who could be called upon to review your manuscript. Recommended reviewers should be experts in their fields and should be able to provide an objective assessment of the manuscript. Please be aware of any conflicts of interest when recommending reviewers. Examples of conflicts of interest include (but are not limited to) the below: Only manuscripts of sufficient quality that meet the aims and scope of High Performance Polymers will be reviewed. Initiating employee development conversations can help managers highlight their direct reports’ career goals and aspirations, as well as identify the skills they need to get there. Managers can use the outcomes of these conversations to help employees set meaningful goals and metrics that build the knowledge and experience they need to further their careers. Building A High-Performance Culture With Lattice The High Performance Planner is a 2-in-1 day planner and journal based on the world’s largest study of how high performers increase productivity, set goals, prioritize projects, outperform their peers, and create the positive mindset and habits needed to win the day.
