We are also incorporating a lot of lemon, ginger, turmeric and different herbs in the form of tea and juice. Kidneys and bladder is our eliminative and urinary tract system. These organs are vital in your body’s elimination process. Without proper elimination of metabolic wastes, both cellular and digestive, toxic by-products will cause auto-intoxication of cells. This causes cellular weakness and death of cells. This is why we need to first make sure that our kidneys are filtering properly before we start to work deep in the detoxification process and start pulling existing toxins from or system.
