I like planning redundancy into army list building. If i plan on failing my charges, the chaplain is one way to help. However, litanies succeeding on a 3+ isn't all that consistent or reliable either. Use Ushabti Bone to highlight the edges and corners of the parchment parts with thin lines. This adds authenticity to the parchments. Apply a wash of Nuln Oil over the entire miniature. This wash settles into the recesses, creating depth and shadows, giving your miniature a weathered appearance. To make the gold details stand out even more, use Liberator Gold to highlight the edges and corners. This adds a brilliant sheen. Use Leadbelcher to paint the metal parts of the bike, such as the exhausts. Make these parts gleam with a metallic shine.

Still digesting the new BT Codex (which overall is great... well done, GW!), but already several "combos" jump out to me:

Priest (litanies) ability - I like the upgrade to Master of sanctity, the warlord trait, and the strat. Hardly a controversial opinion, but it might help to discuss it in more depth.
