Will Rosehip oil help with dark circles and puffiness? Probably not but you might experience some good hydrating benefits from it just not in this format as it seemed a lot less richer than a regular cold-pressed pure rosehip oil! It could be all the extra oils that take away from that but I’m not much of an ingredients expert and can only share my experience using the product.
