Blair’s friendship with her cousin Stevie was another of my favorite aspects. It gave Blair the opportunity to show us how much she cares and how deep she can love and protect someone of her choosing. Their banter and whole dynamic was so charming (heh), and Stevie was such a delightful surprise. Her relationship with Kas and Asmo had me going feral. I need more of those three and their whole dynamic. We all know how good Sarah Blue is at writing menage/RH, and this throuple has potential to become one of her bests. Witches and Demons, Oh My! Charming your Dad is such a fun read with spice, daddy kink, and PNR that everything is nice.

Step Mom by Catie Turner was actually sent to me by one of my best friends, Leslie, while I was writing. As soon as I heard it, I was like, yup, this is this books anthem. While I don’t think Blair would be a great parent, the tone of the song still stands. I went into this thinking it was going to be a cute witchy romcom, similar to the show how I met your mother but the witch edition and dad instead of mother obv…. Uh that was not the case. I really gotta start reading about books before I read them lol. William Carlos Williams, ‘ Dance Russe’. Rather than being about the poet’s father, ‘Dance Russe’ is about Williams’s own experience of fatherhood, and about how, in a household in which he is the only male, Williams snatches small moments to himself when his wife and child are sleeping, and dances in front of the mirror.I am pleasantly surprised by how much I loved it. I thought it was going to but just a fun read to finish the Halloween season but it was so much more than that! At first I thought I wasn’t going to like it because there were a few moments of immaturity within the dialog but that fortunately didn’t carry throughout the book.

felt like I was reading wattpad for most of the book but the potential was there. I got bored/frustrated, tho. Blair and Dax together are explosive. I was waiting for my kindle to melt. What started as revenge sex turned into something so much more. I, for one, enjoyed their journey. One of the best revenge books I have read. Both are more interconnected than they think. That plot twist was a pleasant surprise. Reputation is one of my favorite Taylor Swift albums, and it’s always a ode to Sam from the Smut & Spice Pod. I felt like this album really fits Blairs motivations for revenge, and not caring what anyone thinks about her. That’s it. That’s the review. Just go read this. It’s perfect for spooky season and it’s real f-ing hot.There is an age gap. Demon possession. Exhibitionism. Daddy kink. Spanking. And one of my favorite tropes - here’s my credit card, no limit. 🤑
