Description

That's not a bad thing but I'm confused why that was done so much instead of just taking or ripping them off. From the get go the reader is pulled into Ama's world, the character voice and description is so clear. In case you missed it the first forty-five times it’s mentioned, Ama likes donuts and has a nut allergy that is both deadly and apparently not that bad.

I cannot recommend this enough though, and if the review from a random internet stranger isn’t all you could possibly need to convince you to read this, then the cover should definitely be able to sway you. It also goes back in time to when Ama and Elliot first met and how their relationship originally started.

I melted with how sweet and emotional he was with Ama, even though we are introduced to him as a brute who barely talks. The drama surrounding the high-profile wedding added to how interesting and intriguing this novel was. Re the header…plumerias are one of the few flowers not mentioned in this story but I was limited with the flowers in bloom that I could photograph easily and this massive plumeria tree is one of my favorite places to take photos. I tried looking up a metaphor for that and Google wanted me to compare him to a lobster and I just don’t think I could live with myself if I did that. She could be standing in the middle of a haunted house and have visions of the ways she can turn it into something fitting for a fairytale worthy wedding.

And I get some people had their own fears related to marriage and I completely understand that about her but she always knew what Elliot wanted from her and I liked how she was clear about her insecurities and intentions towards marriage with him. what i find outstanding about 'Forget Me Not' is how the past chapters retracing the protagonists’ relationship were mainly recounted from the main male character point of view and how the present chapters were transcribed from the female protagonist’s perspective only. Also I’ve been posting a ton of historical romance lately (bc I’m truly in my historical romance era right now), but I wanted to break that up and finally post a contemporary review! To access your ebook(s) after purchasing, you can download the free Glose app or read instantly on your browser by logging into Glose. He rarely speaks so when u can read his chapters and hear his thoughts about how enamored he is with her just made my heart sing. The way they shipped the hell out of Elliot and Ama, though they didn't know their history, it was so cute like same! Some scenes had SO MUCH going on, it felt like watching a movie where everything is happening at the same time and you’re just gobbling it up. One event, one night eventually led to a breakup just because she told him she loved him, and he said he wanted to marry her, but she was afraid that she could never give him what he wants.
