Fill your glass with ice and stir in the liquid. Add a splash of soda water if you like and mix. Garnish with the orange twist and coffee bitters. Put the tea syrup, coffee bitters, and whisky in a small tumbler with ice and stir. Mix until the coffee bitters dissolves.
