Like all Temple Spa’s products the scent is so nice. I really like that I’m not overloading my face with a whole host of different scents because sometimes it can just feel overpowering using too many different products that are all scent heavy. TOP TIP: pop your products in the fridge to give yourself that extra refreshing cool down AND keep TONING ESSENCE in your bag for when you're on the go and need an instant boost of refreshment, to cool and calm down. Relieves stress – stress can manifest on the body in many ways both emotionally and physically. Massage can improve the mental and physical wellbeing of the mind and body.

I’ve now used all of it up but I’m already planning on buying some more because I genuinely loved using it. I’ve loved all the products I’ve tried from Temple Spa thus far, they work well on my skin and I can easily create an at home Spa feeling whenever I choose. Our eyes are very delicate so it is important that we treat them with respect and kindness. WINDOWS OF THE SOUL is a beautifully lightweight anti-ageing eye moisturiser, yet rich in revitalising and soothing ingredients, protecting the skin and reducing sensitivity. We think that the truth lies somewhere in the middle, and we agree with Dr. Baumann's conclusion: " sufficient evidence to establish a causal link between RP and skin cancer has not been produced. Nor, I’m afraid, are there any good reasons to recommend the use of RP". We would addespeciallyduring the day!

BREATH OF LIFE: Use as aromatherapy for stress relief with steam inhalation, pop on a tissue or sniff straight from the bottle. Whoa! You can also breathe in straight from the bottle, put a couple of drops on a handkerchief or clean, folded tissue for instant relief and breathe it in during the day to help during those foggy moments or when you need a bit of clarity and mental alertness. Use in an aromatherapy oil burner, diluted with water. OR use as an inhalation treatment by popping two drops into a bowl of boiling water. Lean over the water and create a tent over your head with a towel. Take deep breaths through the nose, breathing out of the mouth slowly. You might get a bit hot and flushed, but it is a glorious way to clear the head! If you’re someone like myself who like to treat their eye area with the upmost care, I can’t recommend this product enough. I like to feel the mask working but I don’t like feeling as though I’ve just scooped some cement onto my skin. I enjoy how it makes my skin feel once I’ve used it, it helps to fight my oily t-zone and doesn’t break me out which can be the case with some scented face masks. The scent isn’t horrible though, it smells lovely and fits with the whole Temple Spa aesthetic I’ve come to expect, but if heavy scented products aren’t for you maybe give this one a miss.I use a face mask at least twice a week, sometimes more because I genuine can’t get enough from them. Because it’s a night cream it’s a little heavier I think, but it sinks into the skin easily and fast. Take your mask and smooth lightly over clean skin, with upward, circular movements, then relax for 10-20 minutes. Remove with a damp flannel. Rinse with water. Use weekly. It also helps that it smells great and when used in conjunction with other Temple Spa products, it fits in well meaning you’re not mixing a whole host of different scents together. That’s a really great point for me, it makes it easy to mix and match with their range.
