This is the Agreement for accessing CGP Online Editions (the Service). The Service provides online access to a range of titles published by Coordination Group Publications Ltd. (CGP). This Agreement covers access to the Service regardless of the device or network you access it through. By using the Service you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you become aware of any unauthorised use of Your Account, you must notify us immediately. 5. Termination For the globally recognised 9–1 grading scale which allows learners to achieve their full potential and make more informed decisions about their options for progression. Please refer to this Agreement before adding more titles to your CGP Online Editions account (Your Account). 1. Licence

Codes are used to transfer access provisions to other users. School customers will be given Codes on printed vouchers so they can provide students with access to titles. You are responsible for ensuring that, prior to the use of the Service by your employees, agents or students, all such parties are notified of and agree to the terms of this Agreement. A Code must be redeemed before the title it is linked to can be accessed. An unredeemed Code may be transferred to another person or organisation who can then redeem it. By using the CGP Online Edition or accessing an Online Edition title you agree to be bound by the full Terms and Conditions. Users of CGP Online Editions The parties do not intend that any provisions of this Agreement shall be enforceable by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 by any person not a party to it. 11. Entire AgreementYou have read and understand this Agreement and agree that it constitutes the complete and exclusive statement of the Agreement between us with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement. 12. You may use the Service and any titles for your own personal use, including but not limited to study, classroom teaching, lesson planning or in-school training.The embedded transferable skills, needed for progression to higher education and employment, are signposted so students understand, and can engage with, the skills they’re gaining. The Student Book provides 3 year access to an ActiveBook, a digital version of the Student Book, which can be accessed online, anytime, anywhere supporting learning beyond the classroom.

i. Our liability to you for any losses shall not exceed the amount you originally paid for the service. Accessing a CGP Online Edition by using a code from a printed CGP book grants you access to the title for three years from the date of activation of the code. We exclude and expressly disclaim all express and implied warranties or conditions not stated in this Agreement (including without limitation, loss of income, loss or corruption of data, business interruption or loss of contracts), so far as such exclusion or disclaimer is permitted under the applicable law.
