Description

Cavit is a leading co-operative in the mountainous Trentino region of northeast Italy. The winery began as a consortium of associated grape growers in 1950, with a dedicated winery at Ravina di Trento built in 1964. Lunetta Prosecco Rose is a beautifully fresh and dry sparkling rose from the hills above Treviso, the traditional vineyard area for Prosecco. Within the mouth, Lunetta Prosecco showcases a slightly riper character. Flavors of sweet stone and tropical fruits dominate the palate from the first seconds of tasting the wine. Peach and apricot blend with pineapple and mango for fruitiness, while subtle touches of strawberry and grass add freshness to the coffee and vanilla spice overtones. The crystal-like bubbles, finally, offset the butter creaminess as they drive to the delicious finish. Finish From the moment that the bottle uncorks, a wealth of elderflower and orange blossom unearth, forming the floral bouquet. Later, aromas of green and citrus, like apple, pear, and grapefruit, emerge as the glass reaches the nose. At the end, a hint of lemon peel lingers in the air while the first fragrances subside. Taste Lunetta Prosecco is an Italian sparkling wine. With a fragrant nose, filled with delicate green and citrus fruits, and a palate bursting with sweet peach and pineapple, Lunetta Prosecco is charming. The finish is clean, while the acidity is lively and pleasing. As a traditional Prosecco, Lunetta is made with one-hundred percent Grela grapes. Proseccos are beautiful and less expensive in comparison to Champagne. They are elegant dry sparkling wines with crisp acidity, low sugar levels, and an undeniable fruity character. Generally, associated with high value at low cost, Proseccos make fantastic wine choices.

Lunetta Prosecco concludes the tasting profile with a clean and long finish. The pineapple flavors remain still on the tip of the tongue, along with some strawberry and coffee notes. Further, just as the glass is set on the table, the crisp acidity surfaces, washing the mouth and preparing it for another sip. In fact, the acidity adds so much excitement to the wine-drinking experience that it is rejuvenating, making an ever-lasting impression on wine fans. RatingToday it unites 11 separate cellars and their combined 4,500 grape growers across 7,000 hectares of vineyard, to produce an impressively broad portfolio from an intriguing palette of indigenous and international grape varieties. Since Lunetta Prosecco is an elegant Italian sparkling wine, it should be served in flute glasses. The foamy bubbles and the flowery aromas concentrate into the small environment before they are released and sent rapidly to the top of the glass, exploding on the nose. If flute glasses are not available, standard-sized white wine glasses suffice, as they help this bottling to aerate and release its fruity joy. To truly enjoy Proseccos, though, you have to chill them well. Lunetta Prosecco needs cooling for up to four hours before serving (forty to forty-eight degrees Fahrenheit or six to eight degrees Celsius).

Amount of Lunetta Prosecco calories is a suitable dietary choice. There are about 22 calories in 1 fluid ounce of the beverage, amounting to 110 calories per serving. The calorie breakdown is 0 grams of fat, 0 grams of sodium, 2.1 grams of total carbohydrate, 0 grams of protein, and 10 grams of total sugars. Consequently, Lunetta Prosecco is extremely friendly to consumers on a low-carb diet, which makes it an even better wine choice. That said, it requires a bit of monitoring, though, when it comes to residual sugar levels. In addition, for those interested in Lunetta Prosecco alcohol content, it sits at 11,5% per 750ml bottle, a regular alcohol concentration for an Italian Prosecco. Conclusion

Additional Details

A clean effervescent is what makes this Prosecco so distinctive, as fine bubbles are present from the first sip across to the last. Lunetta Prosecco is also defined by its floral and aromatic bouquet, mingled with delightful apple and citrus notes. In the mouth, stone and tropical flavors interlace with hints of spicy coffee, leading to a tasty finish. Appearance Lunetta Prosecco is made from one-hundred percent Glera grapes, sourced from Veneto, Northern Italy. The vineyards benefit from the cool climate of the region, which provides substantial growing conditions. Veneto has a moderate climate with sweet summers and occasional rainfalls. The formidable Alps surround the vineyards, forming a barrier from rain which might cause the appearance of rot. Local rivers and glacial lakes, such as Lake Garda, provide a moderating influence on the inland areas
