The story is so sappy, so cute, so happy (between worrying, fretting, second guessing, and regretting) and was a really nice change of pace from just about anything I ever read.

Her conversations with Andrew are adorably banter-filled, and her relationship with her parents’ friend Benny, an aging, wacky stoner, is sweetly charming. His breath comes out warm against my neck, voice shaking: “It never occurred to me that you might be mine. But then, on the last day of their vacation, Theo and Andrew’s parents announce that they’re selling the cabin.

An outstanding story from the talented Christina Lauren, and a book I will reread often in the coming years.
