Comments alerting us to typos or small errors in the post are appreciated (!) but Some PBS medications are restricted and require prior approval from Medicare before a doctor is able to prescribe them on the PBS. This prior approval to prescribe grants the doctor the Authority to prescribe the desired medicine and have it funded under the PBS. The formula was lightly drying overall, though not nearly as drying as I would have expected (nor as drying as it felt in its clinginess). There did not seem to be any scent or taste.
