I must say I did not intended to walk always feeling the way I do after reading this book but man oh man. If it weren’t for the latter, the former would not be possible, which is why atheistic philosophies, like some forms of western Buddhism and Humean scepticism, deny the self. This book reveals the greatest discovery a human being can ever make, and shows you the way out of negativity, problems, and what you don’t want, to a life of permanent happiness and bliss. The book beautifully incorporates teachings by other authors aswell which is very helpful, opening up a whole new world of wisdom.

Negatively, this is so as to foster disidentification with experiences in the mind or body because, contrary to what we inclined to assume, they are not the most basic truth about yourself.They never do anyway but we now can take pleasure in these pursuits and activities for the simple pleasure of the experience more as observers and for the opportunities to grown in greater understanding of our true Self and true purpose. It was early days for me in my spiritual awakening, and I struggled to grasp everything he told me, yet today all of it is crystal clear.
