If the power switch is on, I can turn it off with remote and possibly, maybe, 2 minutes, 14 minutes or maybe 4 hours or maybe never...... It will just turn on. Possible as my previous light setting but usually just full bright and not very enjoyable mid sleep or mid movie watching. To guarantee it stays off, I have to turn off the power cord switch and not rely on the remote power off.
