One of the pair was great, no issues, but the other had bad screws and didn't move very easily. The threads seemed to be a little damaged from the get go. We lubricated them, and that helped a little, but in the end, the threads were too far out to move easily. After hanging a hundred commercial doors or so, it was a bit of a chore to level the one and it just became super annoying.
