We got a hint that Ryan beat him up, but there wasn’t much of a discussion about it when he and Maya worked out their issues. With Johnny breaking in, showing up at the club Maya was at, and calling her, I thought he would pose more of a problem in the story but it sort of just disappeared. I also felt like the last chapter was a little strange. I thought it was going to lead to a proposal but it didn’t, so now I’m not clear on whether the announcer accidentally called her his fiancée or if it was intentional?

Seriously this book was perfection and I am completely and utterly obsessed. I enjoyed Easton and Maya’s story sooo much. This book was filled with many spicy scenes, flirting, and hot banters. I honestly can’t wait for the next book in this series! Before bedtime: Many people find that reading before bedtime helps them unwind and relax, which can promote better sleep.
