Description

Seat 30 A is a standard World Traveller seat that is missing a window and has extra legroom, however, the protrusion of the exit door might be bothersome. The tray table and video monitor are in the armrest making the armrest immovable and slightly reducing seat width. The close proximity to the lavatories might be bothersome. There is no floor storage during take-off and landing. Also, it might get cold by the exit during flight. Whilst it cannot be guaranteed that every flight features Club Suites due to last minute substitutions, the following destinations were scheduled to have a regular Club Suite service in September 2022 according to Cirium data: British Airways has 16 Boeing 777-300ERs, and 12 of those feature Club Suites. It’s expected that the remaining planes will feature the new cabins within the next year. An additional aircraft is currently being reconfigured, so soon that number will be up to 13. Seat 16 A is a standard World Traveller Plus seat. This seat does not have floor storage during take off and landing. Seat 30 B is a standard World Traveller seat that has extra legroom. The tray table and video monitor are in the armrest making the armrest immovable and slightly reducing seat width. The close proximity to the lavatories might be bothersome as passengers might congregate in this area. There is no floor storage during take off and landing.Seat 10 B is a standard forward-facing Club World bulkhead seat. This seat features no interruption from a passenger accessing the window seat. The close proximity to the lavatory and galley might be bothersome, Seat 21 B is a standard World Traveller Plus seat, however, the proximity to the lavatories might be bothersome. This is an excellent product, among the best business class seats you’ll find out there. Read my review of British Airways Club Suites here. New British Airways Club Suites business class Seat 43 J is a standard World Traveller seat in the last row of the plane. This seat might have limited recline. The close proximity to the lavatory and galleys behind might be bothersome. As one of the only twosomes in the World Traveller cabin this seat might be ideal when traveling with a companion. You can always tell if your flight is scheduled to feature Club Suites based on the seat map. If you’re flying a wide body British Airways jet and the seat map shows four seats per row in business class, then your flight features Club Suites. Meanwhile if it shows more seats per row than that, then it doesn’t feature the new business class.

Not all flights to the destinations above will have Club Suite. In some instances there is a regular service but in others it may only be a handful of flights per month. This article explains how to find out what aircraft is operating a British Airways flight before you book. You can also see the small reading light in the above image, which is in addition to the lights installed in the overhead consoles. British Airways adjusts the width of the console to fit aircraft of different sizes. Aisle and seat widths stay the same. This means that the console on a 787 aircraft will be narrowest, and largest on a 777. The A350 falls somewhere in the middle. How do I know if my BA flight has Club Suite? That still leaves the entire fleet of A380s, 787-8 and 787-9s waiting for refurbishment. Whilst BA has yet to announce an updated timeline, it is widely expected that the 787-9s will be refurbished next, starting in 2023. In total, we estimate that 46% of the Heathrow fleet has Club Suite in July 2022. This should increase to 58% by the end of the year, assuming BA hits its targets, and may even increase further as the airline takes deliveries of further A350s and 787-10s. While this is objectively a solid business class product, what makes it most exciting is how much of an improvement it is over British Airways’ old Club World business class. British Airways’ previous business class product consisted of seven to eight seats per row (depending on the plane and layout), and was among the tightest business class products out there.
