The only negative I have noticed is the tracer branding on the side of the marker has worn off however this is not really an issue. Of course! So, when you need to mark on a dark tile there’s no need to reach for a different marking tool. Simply replace the 2B graphite lead with the yellow wax lead to achieve your visible, accurate mark. time using tracer pencil, I have seen this over the last 12 months in wholesalers but never thought it would be that beneficial over the old pencil,how wrong was I. The only issue I have is the pencil itself is designed to go in and out of the holder easily but sometimes it is too easy and I have lost some of my expensive pencils this way Another point, I dropped it once (so far) and approx 15mm of the lead snapped off, which had to be thrown away.

However after a little use the lead fails to be gripped by the internal mechanism and will slip while in use. This can get quite annoying and render the pencil useless.
