On the flip side, the low RPMs are also limiting the potential performance of this cooler – I imagine this cooler would perform better with higher RPM fans. I’ll be exploring this further and testing the FUMA 2 (and other coolers) with upgraded fans in a future article. There’s more to a cooler than just it’s heat sink. The fans included have a huge impact on cooling performance and noise levels. Included with the FUMA 2 are the Kaze Flex 120 PWM and the Kaze Flex 120 Slim PWM fans. Fan 1 Best cooler ever for CoolerMaster nr200p with tempered glass, shorter mainboard standoffs and liquid metal for the cpu. relative performance and sound output when under different heat loads. The comparison is conducted under the following conditions:

Even with the amount of thermal performance Scythe was able to turn out, they did not make our ears bleed while doing it. There are CPU coolers out there that make less noise, and there are cooler that perform better thermally, but Scythe found a terrific mix of all things required of a great addition to the CPU cooling market. Side note: I bought the Scythe Fuma 2 around late October and I live in the Southwest United States. I have yet to see how this CPU will perform with the summer heat. That will be the true test. I will update this review around October for the results. The first tests were done with a TDP enforced at a 100w limit, because most consumers considering this cooler will likely be using a mid-range CPU like the Ryzen 5 3600x. Both coolers performed on par with each other – with the FUMA 2 winning some tests by a small margin, and the NH-U12S winning other tests by a small margin. Fan 2: 300 (±200 rpm) ~ 1500 rpm (±10%) (PWM-controlled) Airflow Fan 1: 8.16 ~ 39.44 CFM - 13.86 ~ 67.00 m³/hFan 1: 120 mm Kaze Flex PWM (2.7 - 23.9 dB (A), 300 - 1,200 rpm, 14.06 - 57.52 m³ / h) (8.27 - 33.85 CFM), 0.23 - 0.9 mmH2O

My apologies for making more than one post about this. I can be a bit indecisive at times and I am not the most knowledgable on CPU coolers that work with NR200 builds. Fan 2: 120 mm Kaze Flex PWM (4.0 - 24.9 dB (A), 300 - 1200 rpm, 28.2 - 86.93 m³ / h) (16.59 - 51.16 CFM) , 0.076 - 1.05 mmH2O The fans included with the Scythe FUMA 2 have both pros and cons. Because the included fans are low RPM, no matter what setting I used for fan speeds I was unable to discern the sound of the CPU fans from the rest of the computer, which will be appreciated by those who want a quiet build. Fan 2: 16.6 ~ 51.17 CFM - 28.71 ~ 114.89 m³/h Connector 4-pin PWM Static Pressure Fan1: 0.44 ~ 9.41 Pa / 0.045 ~ 0.96 mmH²OVraiment top, ventile super bien, ultra silencieux ! Je suis passé en watercooling depuis peu et je regrette presque mon FUMA 2 ! J'ai quasi les mêmes perf pour plus de bruit avec mon watercooling ! Asymmetrical design allows unrestricted use of any front RAM slot, and cut-out fin design gives clearance(55mm) of rear RAM slot(LGA2011/2066). Standing only 155mm tall, the cooler fits most PC case on the market.

Ive owned Noctua in the past, on this PC prior to the MSI excursion (im not wasting my time on water gadgets ever again) but decided to give this a go on recommendation, its the easily equal of Noctua Both of the Kaze Flex 120 II fans use a sealed fluid dynamic bearing (Sealed Precision FDB) that reduces friction and wear to a minimum thanks to a special oil film. Rubberised pads covering the frame have a decoupling effect and prevent the transmission of noise and vibrations to the case. H.P.M.S. IV (Hyper Precision Mounting System IV) Considering the 207 had the pleasure of taking air from a matched pair of 25mm fans, it is easy to see where the thermal advantage comes from, but all things considered, we feel that the Scythe FUMA 2 Rev.B is the obvious choice of the two. To top it all off, they are nearly identical in cost, so it's down to big and bulky, or big, but pleasant, you make the call.

showcasing critical qualitative and performance metrics. Performance metrics are further segmented into distinct In addition to the heat sink and fans, Scythe also includes thermal paste, a screwdriver, and additional fan clips so that you can install a 3rd fan for increased cooling performance if desired,. Installing the FUMA 2

Estoy encantado de decir que este ventilador está funcionando a la perfección. Mantiene mi CPU a una temperatura óptima incluso durante las tareas más exigentes. No más preocupaciones por el sobrecalentamiento. The FUMA2 is now at a nice 38c, 8c above ambient (its summer here)...the water cooler wasnt that good on its first day :) This change of mind return policy is in addition to, and does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law including any rights you may have in respect of faulty items.
