Flooded draws the readers’ attention to the increasing problems of climate change without being explicit. It’d be lovely to hear of any little Easter Eggs (surprises) that readers can find in the picturebook? So the story is a pretty simple one - "One morning the city woke up to find everything was a little WET. All the animals ignore the obvious and go about their busy lives, disjointed from one another and preoccupied by their own problems.
