I can start feeling the heat now as you can hear there is fan noise, but that is to be expected from a fan heater of course. But, if you do need a quiet atmosphere for your office or room, then this, probably, isn't the option for you, it's definitely bearable, though. So, if you just popped it on the ground, it probably wouldn't distract you too much. But I guess that's dependent on the individual. So that's the first function.
