Overall, the laid-back instrumentals and more raw sound make this a very enjoyable listening experience, especially if you are looking for something with a softer jazz-pop sound. Very good arrangements and progression, singing and sometimes presence of choir in the background which is very pleasant. For this sort of application, you want a wide an angle LED as possible, to create an even backlight, something like 90 degrees is sufficient. Whilst you could reduce the resistor to increase the brightness and draw more current, I wouldn't want take more than the original design for thermal reasons, although those regulators are on a big heatsink.

My trusty NAD 502 CD Player, which I bought in 1996 from Richer Sounds, developed a fault a few months ago. Instead of just replacing them with the same capsule lamp, for example part number 606-CM7220 from Mouser, as suggested by CPL593H on head-fi. IMO, it usually hard to balance the musical complexity and the easyness of how the emotions that it delivers are being perceived by the listeners, but that song did it perfectly. Luckily it was not a failure of anything more complex than the backlight, which turns out to be a couple of wire-ended small capsule lamps.The lamps are supplied from the 0V rail with current going into the -15V rail from the 7915 regulator, so there are two sets of 0V pads and two sets of -15V pads. Benford supplied and went over an easy maintenance program which we follow routinely which keeps the system in great shape. The light ray is then reflected on the inside of the "back" of the water droplet (some light also passes out here, but doesn't give rise to a rainbow) and turns back approximately towards the direction of the Sun. In May 2020 we have installed our 2 nd Benford Hybrid UV system on a CD 102 2/2 perfector with a coater.

The Perfect Manifestation of Bittersweet Mood This is, by far, my favorite Lamp album due to the first song, "Hakanaki Haru no Ichimaku" that REALLY captures the flow of melancholic bittersweet emotion with those LUSCIOUS LAYERS OF INSTRUMENTATION and the EVER-CHANGING SCENERY OF HARMONY (kinda reminds me of the way Erroll Garner played tbh). I would highly recommended the Benford to replace any system that causes you lost production time, Their team is highly motivated and respond to every request very quickly.Albums in 2023 (33/100) - ランプ幻想 (Lamp Gensō) by Lamp For Lovers was probably the quickest that an album had won me over in a long time, with its impeccable instrumental pallet, jazz-pop sound, and great vocal performances. whenever i feel sad or lonely or anything this is one of the albums i always find myself coming back to. I wired a 1k resistor in series with two LEDs in series to give an adequate brightness, and this draws less current from the regulator than the capsule lamps. My one issue is that the vocal performances are not as good on this album and feel slightly off in some instances (especially for the female vocalist), which is somewhat strange considering that the vocal performances on their future albums were just as good as they were on For Lovers. In this demonstration, the CD acts as a diffraction grating, which is a technical device used to separate different colors.
