It’s a fantastic little keyboard. The 65% form-factor is a great tradeoff between 60% and TKL. It’s about as small as most people can go without any difficulties of adjusting to life without arrow-keys. These keycaps are slightly textured and allow the RGB lighting to shine through the legends in a way that looks great. The macro programmablity lets you customize certain shortcuts and key combinations to whatever key you want. Cherry MX switches are known for their long lifespan and the tons of rigorous testing they go through.

You can use the spudger or knife on its own without using the hairdryer, especially if you're unsure of how long to heat the feet up by. This may leave traces of glue on the bottom of the mouse however, which will need to be removed before attaching the new mouse feet. Coming in a high-quality PBT double-shot plastic design, these are longer-lasting than the usual keycaps that you’ll find on your old crusty Dell keyboard. The extra keycaps made my mind jump with the possibility of a customized design. Being able to configure the keyboard to your own preferences is awesome. Be careful when using the hairdryer too, as you want to avoid overheating the mouse, which can cause damage to your mouse (plastic melting or warping) and also cause injury to yourself, so proceed with caution. The 60% layout was considered a niche outside layout until this keyboard hit the market. So, what about this keyboard is special? PBT Doubleshot Keycaps I really want to love this keyboard but I just don't. Gave it a week or two of use before I swapped it out for another board. The keycaps also have sub-legends written on the front that correspond to each of the functions available on the lower layer. This is very helpful for when you want to access these commands. Simply follow the steps in the user manual to change up the options. The macro programming is a very powerful aspect of this keyboard and offers a lot in terms of a better user experience.

Once you have your replacement mouse skates in hand, it's now time to remove your old ones from the base of the mouse. There are a few different methods to do this, but we’ll cover the main, most reliable method (in our opinion): The logo and model name are printed on the front side of the keyboard in a unique way that compliments the rest of the design.Being able to easily swap out the switches with no soldering required is great for those who want to test different switch options and find the perfect feel. When you're looking to switch out your skates, you’ll need to choose replacements that fit your specific model of mouse due to each mouse having a different layout on its base where the skates are installed. The exception being brands who use the same mouse chassis for multiple models, but that will be mentioned on the skates product description. The blue accent keycaps let you put the finishing touch on the design – making for one of the coolest looking prebuilt keyboards on the market. The board itself is very pretty, I'm honestly really impressed by the look and feel of it. I do wish I had bought one that had a separate row for the F1 keys (maybe even the number pad, but hey maybe future me will be another!), so it's been a bit weird to get to used to. When lit up this board is gorgeous. I use the twinkle? led setting. It's very dim and glowy, kinda magical really. :)
