Designed to give a brilliant smear-free finish, Autoglym Aqua Car Wax benefits you by working when the car is still wet and producing a high gloss in half the time. It can be used to protect all exterior surfaces, leaving your car with a dazzling shine. The immediate benefit is that there is no need to dry the car between washing and polishing. Aqua Wax is not a polish, so will not remove or improve the appearance of scratches, swirls or dull paint. If your paint has these problems use Super Resin Polish. Pro Tip: Do not over apply Aqua Wax or it can be difficult to buff. 2-4 sprays per panel are all that is required, less is very much more! Wax acts as a protectant to your paint. If you've ever been gifted some artisan waxed cheese you'll be familiar with the protective qualities of a wax casing; it'll protect the cheese from water, sun and other contaminants. Car wax works the same but on a much larger scale and the layer it forms is invisible. A good car was won't wear off easily and will protect your paint from heat, UV rays, water and other contaminants. Some of the more expensive waxes will also provide a nice deep shine. Natural car waxes tend to last for a good six to eight weeks, while synthetic waxes and sealants can last longer – often for over three months. Don’t expect them to look as good, though. Use the first clean microfibre cloth to spread Rapid Aqua Wax until there is an even coating over all surfaces.Pastes generally provide the best finish, but often require buffing to bring out the shine after application. Sprays and liquids can be applied much faster, and some don’t require a second buff, but their finishes tend to be less impressive.
