Skin damage can still happen on a cloudy day, and SPF (sun protection factor) products defend the skin against the sun's harmful UVA and UVB rays. I would totally recommend this as a moisturiser. You could use this as your moisturiser sunscreen if you wanted to, but I’d be a little bit cautious as to whether or not your adequately protected. Some protection is better than nothing, but I’d therefore recommend wearing a SPF over the top.
