The insoles I got are the best. XStance insoles are the best insoles. I have tried many other insoles and they did not work. I pgot xstance insoles and they are the best. I live with foot arthritis and work in nursing home, so I feel arthritis all day. With xstance insoles I do not hurt. I recommend them to everyone. Thank you. I spent almost 20 years as a heavy duty diesel mechanic, I've had foot problems over the years several times. Usually plantar facitis etc. I had a partial knee replacement in April and hung up the tools once and for all and I sell parts now. Since my surgery I developed an almost crippling case of acheles tendonitis and plantar facitis. My knee feels great now that it's healed but walking in extremely painful with every step. I've tried several different methods to get it to go away and its not. I got these insoles and use them for 9+ hours a day 5 days a week. I'm able to walk better with these, a lot less pain and I think it's starting to heal. I hope. The insoles are the best. They have relieved my pain. They also have great customer service, all my questions an concerns were answered. I am going to buy more for my other boots.

I have flat feet and these insoles enable me to wear different shoes while keeping my body in alignment and relieving pain. The best insoles I have had so far I just don't know how often I should change them I work in auto body and I'm on my feet on concrete 10 to12 hrs a day We measured them in terms of comfort and support, as well as how easy they were to adjust to ensure we got the perfect fit. Unlike some of the other products we tried, these insoles can be used as they are or heat-moulded in the oven at home for a personalised fit. We thought we’d give the do-it-yourself version a go, and were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. We started by trimming the top of the insoles to shape using a pair of scissors. We then heated the insoles for five minutes at 80C, popped them in our trainers and walked for five minutes as they cooled to shape them (the brand also has a handy YouTube video you can watch for extra tips). I've had my inserts for just over 30 days. In that time, I've been 30 days pain free, I'm no longer wearing my plantar fasciitis boot at night, and I'm getting out bed without pain every morning. I do not regret buying these and will be purchasing more. I bought it as I thought it would be better. I shan’t buy it again. Not for that price and finish. Nothing special about these. Shipped and received in a timely manner. Inserts seem to be helping with the arch support the doctor recommended. They’re a bit pricey but time will tell if they hold up better than the ones bought at Walmart. I have been wearing them about two months and so far so good.
