Designed for the removal of deeply set nails. The pointed tips can be forced into the workpiece to dig out sunken nails. Can also be used for light prying. The tamper end is used to compact loose earth particularly at the base of post holes that are to be filled with concrete or cement. With its wider fulcrum the T-head is ideal for prying and levering tasks. The T-head is offset from the shank to provide different angles of leverage. Designed for the levering of very heavy objects. The wedge-like pinch point allows for easier penetration.
