Description

Considering the compact size of the appliance, the water tank on this dehumidifer is pretty generous. It has a 1500ml capacity which means you won’t have to change it every day, even if you leave the dehumidifier running.

We speak to self-confessed clean freak Emma Bunton and find out what part of her home she loves to clean every day! If you need something even smaller, then ProBreeze also offer the ProBreeze 500ml Mini Dehumidifier. This has a 500ml water tank and a smaller 250ml extraction rate per day. The Silentnight 600ml Dehumidifier is another compact option, but that doesn’t enjoy the same large water tank as the ProBreeze 1500ml Mini dehumidifier which means you'll be emptying it far more often. Some portable dehumidifiers barely touch humidity levels in homes, caravans, and hotels, but according to multiple users, the Pro Breeze Dehumidifier can drop humidity levels to a comfortable level in just a few hours. That can be significantly important if you are living or visiting an area with very high humidity. The dehumidifier can be a true holiday saver for all your traveling needs. Any Negatives? This compact and portable 1000ml Dehumidifier is great at combating mould, musty smells, humidity and window condensation in living rooms, bedrooms, offices, and garages. It features a 1000ml water tank capable of removing up to 450ml of moisture per day, and has an auto shut-off function to turn the dehumidifier off once full to conserve energy. Utilising a quiet Peltier technology, the unit also features 6 programmable LED lights to illuminate the water tank and create a relaxing ambience. Interestingly, ProBreeze measures this units noise levels as 40dB – fairly high compared to many dehumidifiers we've tested – however, it's the type of noise as well as the volume that dictates how intrusive an appliance's noise is, and I found the ProBreeze 1500ml Mini dehumidifier particularly quiet in comparison to most. PortabilityNext-Generation Peltier Technology: Capable of removing up to 500ml of water per day with a 1500ml water tank capacity. Ideal for rooms up to 2200 cubic feet (220 sq ft). The Pro Breeze Dehumidifier works best when temps are between 20 and 30C. The 1000ml tank makes it possible to run for multiple days without having to empty the device. Continuous usage helps the homeowner enjoy the space all the more. Dehumidifier rating Value for money ProBreeze states the unit's energy consumption is just 40W. At current energy prices of 30p per kilowatt hour of electricity, that means the ProBreeze 1500ml Mini dehumidifier costs just 1p per hour to run. Of course, with the cost of living and climate crisis, it's important to take into account the energy usage of any home appliance, and you'll likely be wondering how much a dehumidifier costs to run.

Reduce Clothing Drying Time: A great way to absorb moisture in the air when drying your clothes—offering a reliable & cost-effective boost to all your laundry-drying needs. Dehumidifiers are fast becoming a must-have home appliance. As well as removing moisture from the air, which can help if your home suffers from dampness and mould, the best dehumidifierscan also help to reduce indoor laundry drying times and improve indoor air quality. However, the Pro Breeze 1500ml Mini dehumidifier can only extract 500ml of moisture from the air per day, so would it be able to make a difference to my home?Large capacity dehumidifiers can be cumbersome to clean, but with the Pro Breeze Dehumidifier, the cleaning process is easy. The device comes with a smooth surface, so all the exterior needs is a regular wipe down with a damp cloth and gentle detergent. As for the water tank, it is easy to remove and clean with soap and water. When the water tank is removed, the user can wipe the interior components of the device. Regular cleaning helps keep interior components working properly and helps manage the possibility of mould and mildew invading the system. Automatic Timer and Shut Off Feature The ProBreeze 1500ml Mini Dehumidifier is a very basic design, but if you'd rather not faff around with multiple functions and Wi-Fi connectivity then that might be part of its appeal. Costs as little as 1p/hour to run: Our dehumidifier has been designed to be energy-efficient with low power consumption. That said, this small dehumidifier won't be for everyone. It's extraction rate is low at just 500ml per day, so if you have large rooms, significant moisture issues, or want to use a dehumidifier to help to dry laundry indoors, this dehumidifier likely won't be for you. Its extraction capacity is too small. Running costs vary depending on the size, make and model of dehumidifier you opt for, and due to its compact size, relatively low extraction rate, and Peltier condenser, the ProBreeze 1500ml Mini dehumidifier uses a lot less energy than most.

Pro Breeze 1000ml Dehumidifier with 4-Hour Timer and LED

Intelligent Auto Shut Off: When complete, this dehumidifier automatically switches off and the water tank will automatically glow red, indicating that you need to remove and empty it.

The main design feature of the ProBreeze 1500ml Mini Dehumidifier is its size. This dehumidifier measures just H30 x W22 x D16cm which makes it one of the smallest dehumidifiers on the market, and definitely the smallest I've tested. There are a few pieces of plastic tape that need removing from the sides of the dehumidifier which are placed there to keep anything from shifting during transit. But once unboxed, it’s ready to use. It’s even light when it’s full of water, so if you need to move the unit before emptying it then this is easier done that with most units.

1000ml Dehumidifier with 4-hour Timer and LED Light - Pro Breeze

Removes Moisture Efficiently: This 1000ml dehumidifier features the latest thermo-electric Peltier technology which removes up to 450ml of moisture per day. One of the ProBreeze 1500ml Mini dehumidifier's biggest plus points is how compact and portable it is. It’s very lightweight compared to most, weighing in at just 1.85kg. As such operation couldn't be easier, however, I did miss having a little more functionality during testing. Performance

Condition: This item was a customer return and has been lightly used. It has been fully tested by the manufacturer and passed strict quality-control standards before being listed for sale. With the Pro Breeze Dehumidifier, you can essentially, set the device and forget it. The built in timer allows you to walk away from the house without worry. After 4 hours, when the timer setting is in place, the device will shut off. When the device is full, the tank glows an ambient red to alert the user the tank needs to be changed. The Pro Breeze Dehumidifier is among the easiest to manage, portable dehumidifiers on the market today. Unique Night Light Feature The dehumidifier is not merely an excellent dehumidifier, but also functions as an effective night light. The user has the choice of 6 ambient colours, so you can have the exact lighting effect you desire. The soft glow is ideal for a child’s room or bathroom that requires a little illumination at night. Should you prefer a darker space, the light feature can be switched off entirely to help you sleep perfectly. Not Just for Home Use Customers also comment on how easy it is to move this machine around and carry it about, thanks to its small size and handy carry handle. For comparison, the MeacoDry Arete One 12L dehumidifier (which is a compressor dehumidifier) uses 151W of electricity which equates to 5p per hour, and the EcoAir DD1 Simple MK3 dehumidifer (a desiccant dehumidifier) uses 300W - 580W, costing between and 9p and 17p per hour to run.
