M (Mint): The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality.Featuring all the hits of the 100 million selling band, this album is bursting with groovy, funky, and soulful music. Earth Wind and Fire's Greatest Hits is perhaps the best collection for both beginners and lifelong fans of the band. This iconic album showcases the band's signature sound, blending catchy melodies, driving rhythms, and harmonious vocals to create an irresistible musical experience. The onset of electro-funk in the more automated 1980s sadly brought about Earth, Wind and Fire's commercial downfall.

The dance floor would usually be in the garage, or patio and the music would be in sets of "fast" music, such as disco, funk or calypso/soca, and "slow" music, which of course became the hold-me-tight session. The Crown Jewel in the cover of "The Beatles", "Got To Get You Into My Life", in some peoples eyes is almost better than the original (I feel like it was kind of equal).Formed by ex-session drummer Maurice White, Earth, Wind and Fire gravitated from their rangy jazzy beginnings in the early 1970s into one of funk's mightiest motherships. Way back in the 70's, house parties were all the rage in my circle of friends, and on a Saturday night, everybody would gather at someone's house, invited or not, to party the night away. Opener "C'mon Children" is fiery, weighty and driving in the style of San Francisco funk-rock heavyweights "Tower of Power", while "Bad Tune" more than lives up to its title in a "bad meaning good" way (it also includes some crazy solos, which is no bad thing). Since my favorites are "Fantasy", "Reasons", and "After the Love is Gone", you can probably tell that I rented many tiles during the late 70's and early 80's. This picture disc is of great quality, very playable and much better than its original 70's release sound wise.
