This May, as experts in premium fruit refreshment, we invite pink gin enthusiasts to taste the spirit of Kopparberg with the launch of our brand new Kopparberg Premium Gin. The passionfruit flavour gives a good accompaniment to the already present strawberry base, while the elderflower delivers a sweet flavour enhancer to the serve. Ingredients As recommended the first taste was with lemonade and strawberries. We all love a coloured gin and opting for a strawberry pink hue was a perfect first choice.The strawberry is more prominent in the smell and gives a slight sweetness that takes the edge off of the lime. The zesty lime pairs well with the lemonade and I can see why they recommended this. To get the full taste you are going to have to have more than a single shot (oh if you insist!). Adding in a few strawberries as well is also recommended especially when you get to eat them at the end!! In comparison to their cider flavour this is a lot less sweet which I preferred. The Strawberry Blossom Martini draws on the main flavour pairings between the gin’s strawberry notes and the balance of sweet and sour from the lime and lychee combination. Ingredients This serve delivers a refreshing, palate cleansing drink which balances the sweetness delivered by the strawberry. Both cucumber and basil are great partners with strawberry. In this serve they develop a more recognisable G&T flavour in bringing the botanical notes of the gin forward and leaving the strawberry to be the finishing flavour. Ingredients

Kopparberg Premium Gin is double distilled over a two-week period.
