She can make you the device if you make her a locator orb, from two pieces of molten glass and a cut dragonstone with a glassblowing pipe. Make an inert locator orb, then give it to her. After some adjustments, she will give you a locator orb.

It's the final Boss of the Sunken King DLC. Manscorpion Tark won't deal much damage to her but is an excellent tank for casters. Unfortunately, he doesn't hold her aggro very well, so ranged weapon fighters should expect her to suddenly charge them from time to time, and melee fighters should be ready for her to occasionally hit you instead of Tark. Defeating them grants you access to further areas, gives you special items such as Keys, and drops Boss Souls that can be used to acquire Boss Soul Weapons. The turbo function is cool, however I don't find myself using it too often as the regular drive sounds so great. I do use the turbo function sometimes, but only when I'm playing some dirty drop D Metal riffs, which isn't all the time since I'm more of a soul / blues kind of axeman. However, I actually bought this pedal because it has the turbo setting as that adds extra dynamics. It can produce subtle blues drive tones, all the way to screaming Metal leads - Very versatile. The boss itself is pretty fast and agile, reminiscent of Artorias from the first game's DLC, though not quite as hard-hitting or aggressive. The best tactic is for at least a single summon to help, whether it be for aggro bait or simply to take pot shots to whittle down her health.
