How I would use this book as part of the run up to Christmas would be over a series of lessons across the curriculum. I would use it for children to write their list to Santa for literacy. For Maths we could look At counting and exploring number bonds. Children could also make their own version and as a fabulous finish we could make the food in story for a party.
