The main difference is in the bill. As others have noted, it's thinner and a little flimsy compared to my other one. I held them side by side and the older one is about 1/4" wider, but otherwise it's the same shape and profile. Eagle eyed readers would’ve noticed that Spanish trail runner Pau Capell was sporting a Buff Pro Run Hat during his attempt to break the 20-hour barrier across the UTMB trail.
