Allosaurus is one of the most famous North American theropods (though its remains are also known from Europe) and is particularly well-known from the United States. Allosaurus appears to be cathermal, active at times of day and night. At least one female released into human-occupied parts of the state of California has been seen hunting during the night, likely a means to avoid humans. This same animal has been seen active during the day when disturbed by human activity, but it appears to have a preference for nocturnal activity patterns. Frontier's Allosaurus is overall just a really good depiction of Allosaurus, especially for Jurassic World; an upgrade compared to Fallen Kingdom, one that was already pretty decent. The bulkier body especially helps the design, as well as the adjusted crests. In JWE2, the corrected wrists further elevate this Allo.
