If you prefer to start your eye with a base colour, you’ll be pleased by the inclusion of the “so shy” cream colour (best for light to medium skin tones). As you can see above, this palette features many rich, sultry shades. There are five mattes and four shimmers, all of which are very warm. I think the colors are very beautiful, but when I think of topaz, I think of yellow. Although there is a yellow in this palette, the overall color story leans more orange and brown. So, I guess this palette is more like poppy topaz versus a true yellow topaz.
