The TPP (Tank Pod Push) Tank is Voopoo’s new tank and it’s an extremely versatile one. It’s a pod-style tank that is compatible with the Argus, Argus Pro, Argus X, Drag Max, Drag X & Drag S. It also comes with a 510 adapter that allows it to be used on the Drag X Plus and any other mod with a 510 connector. Additionally, this 510 adapter is also compatible with Voopoo’s PnP tanks so you can use them on the Drag X Plus or on other 510 mods as well. The Drag X Plus and TPP Tank come with two new TPP coils: a DM1 0.15ohm coil and a DM2 0.20ohm coil. Normal power mode, meaning you can adjust the wattage within the 5W – 100W range irrespective of the coil that’s fitted. When R mode is selected, the display will turn blue and the R icon will be displayed. It can also take a 21700, 20700, or 18650 battery and will fire up to 100W — a 20W increase over the Drag X. It has to be said that Voopoo really do listen and take on board the comments they receive. To this end, welcome the Drag X Plus Professional Edition mod with, yes, you’ve guessed it….. a “Boost” circuit. Instead of the output voltage being limited to 4.2V, the Boost circuitry now extends the maximum output voltage of the Professional Edition version to 8.5V. The included “Boost” circuitry now means that the wattage you’ve set your mod to will remain constant throughout the discharge cycle of your battery. No longer will the intensity of your vape reduce as your battery approached its cut-off voltage (3.2V). When i first tried this tank and preinstalled coils, i was like WOW the flavour is unreal and unmatched and a huge improvement over the first Drag X. However, one day later when my tank ran half empty of ejiuce the problems and design flaws just started showing and never stopped!

Automatically selects the optimum wattage depending on the coil type that’s fitted and won’t allow you to increase the wattage beyond that specified by the coil. The user can reduce the wattage all the way down to 5W if desired but increasing the wattage in this mode will only go as high as that particular coil’s maximum limit. Although good performers, these coils leaked some ejuice even with 80VG. I didn’t have any messes or ejuice pouring out of the airflow holes but ejuice collected in the base of the airflow control ring. It was never a substantial amount of ejuice but enough to be noticeable and to warrant mentioning. Ultra-fast firing speeds of 0.001 seconds is achieved by the GENE.FAN 2.0 chip set, which also ensures the multitude of safety features are maintained, such as: Be careful when removing the coil if you have a full pod of e-liquid as spillage will occur. Small amounts of e-liquid left in the pod when removing the coil will remain in the pod. Which is the newer version but we have also seen that chip in the DRAG Max and the Voopoo DRAG 3.

Let’s start way down low at 50W. To say this is 15w below the best recommended setting, it is surprisingly good.
