It’s perfect in winter with the spiciness and warm amber, but also perfect in summer when the flowers just shine. For me it smells like an enormous botanical house (carnation, jasmine, rose and gardenia are the strong flower fragments in it) with plum trees and a fountain bubbling with white soap in the middle of it, I also get a hint of bitter rose tea somewhere as well, the opening is winey on me but the dry-down magnificent. This one is quite strong, you only need a few sprays, projection is close, about arm's length, which I prefer, but the scent lingers for a while in any room that I spray it in. It's clear, powdery, green, without sweetness but not sour, bright, powdery, aquatic with a peek-a-boo quality, woodsy, and long-lasting.i largely agree with her — it's mostly a well-done clean powdery-soapy accord, with a lovely orris-iris butteriness, but almost no lasting power.
