Until recently, we only know of tapioca pearls but there is another one that is also slowly gaining popularity and they are called popping boba. Once you’ve used all the vinegar, drain then from the olive oil. I do this by pouring the oil through a sieve into another clean container. Alternatively, you can use a small, slotted teaspoon. Olive oil: don’t worry, you can re-use the olive oil after using it to create these pearls so there’s no waste! Other oils like sunflower oil work too, so choose something you know you will use (as a salad dressing or for cooking). Don’t use coconut oil.

Making Fruit Pearls

However, this recipe is for something that’s a bit in the middle – these mango tapioca pearls are chewy like traditional tapioca but have fresh mango for flavoring. It is not chewy like the more common tapioca pearls, but you will certainly enjoy its fruity flavors and you will find it refreshingly indulging especially during the hot summer days as it easily adds variety to frozen drinks and smoothies. But what’s the story behind these little pearls? Why are they so beloved by bubble tea lovers all over? Here are two reasons why:

There are a few different ways to make fruit caviar with gelatin, but the most common method is to use a syringe to inject the gelatin into the fruit. This can be done by using a small needle to make a hole in the fruit, then inserting the syringe and slowly injecting the gelatin. Another method is to cut the fruit into small pieces and then place them in a mold, such as an ice cube tray. Once the gelatin has been injected or poured into the mold, place it in the refrigerator to allow it to set. Once it has set, the fruit caviar can be removed from the mold and enjoyed.

As soon as it’s ready, wrap the dough with plastic wrap – I’ve tried with beeswax wrap, but it just doesn’t work, so don’t waste your boba pearls! Step 4: Shape the mango boba pearls
