The only thing bad I could think of is if the wire nut came loose on the ground wire connection and now you don't have a backup because the fixture ground wire is not attached to the ground screw.Our new 550mm Ground Screw can easily be installed and removed by hand using our unique Installation Tool. If you remove a TEK screw, and then put it back in the same hole, can you get the same torque the second time? I agree with jeffnc that it probably IS ok to do it this way but it still seems lazy on their part and is not optimal. A four square is much thicker, and would easily engage 2 threads if it was field tapped for a 10-32.
