The plastic lid has two vents, which can be opened or closed to help regulate the temperature inside the propagator. Electric propagators provide the perfect environment for seed germination, making it possible to grow all year round. If you want to grow different plants at different temperatures, choose a propagator with several individual growing pods (known as ‘cells’). Make sure the cells have vents to regulate the temperatures. Thanks to the seven separate cells, you can plant different types of seeds in each one if you wish, and each cell has its own vent to control the temperature according to the different plant.
